Features a durable all leather target zone with 3" of shock absorbing multi-layer padding that includes air cushioning to protect coaches elbows. Smaller pad for ease of movement, the hand compartment is ergonomically positioned with a breathable air-flow cover for protection against finger catching along with hook and loop strap fastening allowing you to tighten to your personal preference.
